Our Shipping Policy

All orders are packed with care and shipped directly from our studio on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We process orders as soon as possible to avoid delays, but please allow extra time during busy periods.

Orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days after being received. This does not include shipping time to your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking. Rural and remote locations may experience slightly longer shipping times, please see below for more information on delivery timeframes.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You can view the shipping price at checkout without processing payment.

International Delivery Times

We offer shipping worldwide, international delivery times can vary depending on your location. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks to receive your package once your order has been shipped and you’ve received a dispatch email. Please click here for international delivery estimates. 

Please note any custom fee’s or taxes incurred are the customers responsibility. We ship all parcels with Australia Post. Once your order reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local delivery service.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Sustainability is an important part of our process. That’s why we use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, and support reforestation and conservation initiatives. For more information, please see our Sustainability page.

Busy Periods

During busy periods of the year including sales and festive seasons, packing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. We do our best to pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible, but we appreciate your patience during these periods. Please note that we are not responsible for delays once items are with the carrier.

Discount Codes

Please make sure to enter your discount code before completing checkout. Once an order is processed, we cannot apply discounts to orders already placed.

Undelivered or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived, is missing, or tracking isn’t updating, please get in touch with us. We’ll give you the necessary advice and assistance to track it down.

Please review your order details carefully before purchase. Customers are responsible for entering their shipping details correctly. If your details were incorrect or incomplete at checkout, we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.

If you change or update your address during transit with the shipping provider, we can hold no responsibility for any losses or theft as the details of the original order have been altered. 

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, delivery attempt failed, unclaimed parcel, unpaid customs fees and duties, we may have to charge additional fee’s to cover return shipping costs. To help you avoid extra charges, please double-check your address at checkout and keep an eye on your tracking updates. If customs fees apply, be sure to pay them on time to prevent delays or returns. 

Damaged Parcel/items

We inspect everything before it is shipped, but if your item arrives damaged due to courier mishandling or something isn’t quite right, please get in touch. Email us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number, details, clear photo’s of the item and packaging. We’ll access the situation and do our best to find a solution.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

We pack every order with care, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch with us. Thoroughly inspect the packaging for any items you think are missing. Email us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number, details, clear photo’s of the item and packaging. We’ll access the situation and do our best to find a solution.

Please note that colours may appear different to what you see on screen, damage from excessive use, accidents or not following care instructions will not be considered a fault.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order, so please double-check your selection, size, and details before completing your purchase. Each order is processed with care and because we’re a small business, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once your order has been placed, packed and dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. We cannot take responsible for any change of mind decisions once your order has been confirmed and processed.
