The Wildflower Collection of handmade stationary includes a set of greeting cards, gift tags, wrapping paper and notebooks. The intricate ink illustrations are inspired by flora found throughout my travels across Europe. The collection is all hand made printed on kraft card and using recycled papers.

My very first stall at the Finders Keepers event for Spring/Summer 2019, Australia’s leading market for independent art and design. The three-day event featured over 270 creatives from across the country, held at the beautiful Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton Gardens, Melbourne. Wildflowers
The inspiration and behind the scenes creating the Nurture of Nature artwork. The piece portrays the raw natural beauty of wildflowers, being extremely hardy and springing up in the most unlikely places. The concept of the piece was to accentuate the beauty of the natural environment while bringing to light it’s resilience in the face of human intervention.

Forest of Mushrooms
Behind the scenes illustrating the ‘Forest of Mushrooms’ series created in coloured pencil. The series captures a wildwood full of growth, minute life forms and woodland creatures comprised in a palette of warm autumn tones. Exploring undergrowths of mushrooms and invertebrates, focusing on minuscule details of life that forms within ecosystems.

Brunswick Street Gallery Exhibition
Exhibition at Brunswick Street Gallery in Fitzroy, Melbourne from the 21 April to the 4 May 2017. The small group show Contemporary Localised Survey showcases the work of three local artists. Stacey Maree showcases a large body of work in various mediums, launching her newest series the Forest of Mushrooms.
