Sustainable Art Practices with the Planet in Mind

Creating art with care and nature in mind doesn’t stop at the drawing board. Sustainability is an important part of the process, and Stacey Maree is committed to reducing environmental impact wherever possible — through materials, production methods, and how each piece is packaged.

Giving Back to Nature Through Art

Reforestation

We are giving back to mother nature by planting one tree for every fine art giclée print sold. In partnership with One Tree Planted, a global non for profit organisation that works on reforestation projects around the world.

The impact goes far beyond simply planting trees. These initiatives help restore landscapes, rebuild vital ecosystems, create local jobs, support local indigenous communities, protect wildlife and the earths climate. Creating a positive impact with every piece of art.

As a business that creates paper based products, it’s essential we take responsibility for our environmental impact and give back where we can. Planting trees not only helps offset our paper consumption, but also the carbon emissions that are generated through shipping, both within Australia and internationally. It’s one of the ways we’re working toward a more sustainable future, ensuring we are actively contributing to the health of our planet.

Bee Conservation

For every bee print sold, a percentage of profits is donated to charity to help save the bees. Your contribution will go towards Australia’s foremost centre for bee research and conservation – The Wheen Bee Foundation.

Bee’s are dying at an unprecedented rate with significant drops in population and some species listed as endangered. Australian honey bee’s are also under threat. When you purchase one of the bee prints, you’re supporting one of nature’s most important pollinators.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We’re proud to use recycled materials in all of our packaging — from recycled cardboard and FSC-certified papers to eco-conscious mailers.

We always encourage you to reuse our packaging whenever possible. If reuse isn’t an option, please recycle it responsibly. All our packaging is 100% recyclable and sourced within Australia, supporting local businesses – Heaps Good Packaging.

Packaging created from recycled materials, and that can be recycled again, reduces waste and lessens our environmental impact. It creates a full circle – creating new life from what already exists, rather than using up new resources.

Australian Made & Locally Printed

All fine art prints are printed within Australia, supporting local businesses and helping to lower the carbon footprint. Prints are produced in small quantities, ensuring minimal waste and a commitment to quality over mass production. Each print is hand-signed and packaged by the artist.

The cards and stationery ranges are handmade by the artist, with each piece printed and packaged by hand, ensuring a personal touch in every piece.
